The section below has been copied and pasted directly from our terms of service. I would like to direct your attention to the second paragraph which references our blacklist policy. As you can see any publisher has the right to delete posts or blacklists users for any reason they deem appropriate. If they feel blacklisting a user is in the best interest of the site they have the authority to take that step.
If I am blacklisted, is my subscription canceled and will I get a refund?
Only a member can make changes to his subscription, including cancellation. If you are blacklisted, your subscription is not canceled, and thus you still have access to premium content from your teams board. Additionally, Rivals.com does not issue refunds for unused portions of subscriptions. When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to premium content until the end of your current subscription term.
My post was deleted. Why?
There are a few possibilities. One, your post broke one of the rules or needed to be deleted for another reason. Two, your post may have been fine but you replied to a post that was deleted. The software that manages the message board automatically deletes any post that responded to a deleted post. Moderators have no control over it. If you do not mean to directly reply to a post that you think might get deleted, choose another post within the thread to reply to.
My post was deleted but there are posts worse that mine remain. Why?
We try to keep a close watch on the forum but missing bad posts is inevitable. Please let us know if you see an inappropriate post. We don't read every thread and rely on posters emails to help keep things running smoothly.
It's a free country, why can't I say whatever I want on the forums?
Yes, it is a free country, but the NMPreps.com message board is privately owned.
