Boys | Scoreboard

Las Cruces 60, Hobbs 52
The reigning state champs defeated number 1 ranked Hobbs last night by 8 points. Kelvin Jones led Hobbs with 19. J.T. Romney had 19 for the Bulldawgs and Malik Woods had 13. With the win, Las Cruces holds a 4-5 record, while Hobbs goes 11-2.

Roswell 49, St. Pius 38
The Coyotes remain undefeated as they traveled to Albuquerque last night to defeat the defending4A state champs. With the win, Roswell is now 11-0, while the Sartans drop to 4-4.

Mesilla Valley 56, Silver 45
The Sonblazers handed Silver its first lose yesterday, as they defeated the visiting team by 11. Jeff Adler had 17 for Messila Valley as they go 6-3 on the season. Silver is now 5-1.

Centennial 59, Clovis53
In a 6 point win, Cesar Molina led the way for Centennial with 19 points. Aaron Okinga added 16, and Omar Baez 11. Willie McCray had 14 points for the Wildcats. The Hawks advance to 8-5, while Clovis goes 6-4.

Clayton 79, Raton 54
Junior Mark Craine led the way for Clayton last night with 24 points, while Koy Geary added 15 and Dakota Montoya 10. Montoya also had 16 of Clayton's 44 rebounds last night as they defeated their Raton opponent. Clayton advances to 6-2 on the season, while Raton is now 6-5.

Gadsden 48, Santa Teresa 36
The Panthers advance to 13-1 on the season as they defeated Santa Teresa last night. Rafa Martinez had 15 points, while Tommy Cano added 11. Santa Teresa falls to 3-11.

Dora 88, Loving 69
Eric Espinosa's 25 points weren't enough to stop Dora last night, as they defeated Loving by 19. Dylan Privett had 29 on the night, and brother Dalton Privett dropped 23 for Dora. Eddie Arzate and Jetsin Watson added 10 each. Dora advances to 8-2.

Girls | Scoreboard

Clovis 73, Cleveland 32
The Lady Wildcats traveled to Albuquerque yesterday where they easily beat Cleveland by 41 points. Danni Williams led the way for Clovis with 23 points. Nichele Hyman and Brandi Gomez added 14 and 11 respectively. Kaylyn Clifford dropped 11 for the Storm. Clovis remains undefeated with a record of 13-0. Cleveland drops to 4-5.

St. Pius 82, Roswell 76
In a fight to the finish, St. Pius defeated their visitors last night by 6 in double overtime. Pius remains undefeated at home and carry a 5-1 record to Roswell's 7-4.

Logan 47, Robertson 43
Two players were in double digits in last night's win for Logan. Juniors Shana Sorrels and Emily Collins dropped 13 and 11 respectively. Logan advances to 6-2, while Robertson drops to 3-6.

Tularosa 51, Magdalena 43
Kyanne Kowatch led the way for Tularosa once again with 15 points in last night's win. Aviana Garcia added 10 points. The Lady Cats advance to 8-2 on the season, while Magdalena goes 6-3.
