After best season in years, Roswell eyes keeping the momentum going

The Roswell Coyotes enjoyed one of their best seasons in nearly two decades in 2016, winning nine games and reaching the semifinals of the Class 5A playoffs until losing to eventual champion St. Pius X.
As Roswell demonstrated at the Eastern New Mexico Passing League three weeks ago when the Coyotes reached the A Division championship game against Cleveland, they possess the personnel at the offensive skill positions to duplicate – or exceed – their success from a year ago.
