PORTALES, N.M. – Craving an opportunity to play at the next level, Hobbs quarterback Gavin Hardison has traveled far and wide this spring and summer demonstrating his extraordinary skill set.
His next chance to impress evaluators comes Friday when Hobbs participates in the Eastern New Mexico University Passing League at Greyhound Stadium.
Even though the Eagles suffered through a frustrating 2016 season by winning just two of 10 regular season games, Hardison posted gaudy numbers, throwing for 3,276 yards and 33 touchdowns while completing 55.3 percent of his passes (240-434).
