Class 6A Baseball Tournament Quarterfinals Preview
After an exciting first round that saw seven of the top eight seeded teams advance, the quarterfinals of the Class 6A Baseball Tournament features a pair of matchups between Albuquerque area schools and a probable premier pitching showdown.
The quartet of quarterfinal games on Thursday is split between Santa Ana Star Field (UNM) and Isotopes Park. Friday’s semifinals are scheduled for Isotopes Park. The state championship game is scheduled for 6 p.m. Saturday at Isotopess Park. It will be the final high school baseball game of the season in New Mexico.
