Clovis charts new course under first-year head coach
Succeeding a legend is never easy.
For the first time in 39 years, the name of the Clovis head football coach isn’t Eric Roanhaus, who won nearly 350 games and led the Wildcats to 10 state championships during his distinguished career before stepping down shortly after the conclusion of last season.
Clovis didn’t have to look far to find his successor, hiring co-offensive coordinator and 10-year assistant Cal Fullerton to fill the coveted position.
