"The most exciting part about becoming a Lobo is the opportunities it brings. I get to play in front of my family here at home, and UNM is one of the best in the nation for what I want to major in (Health Care). I really have the potential to be successful at UNM. Coach Davie and his staff are all great they're all experienced and knowledgeable coaches with a lot to offer a potential athlete like myself. The fan base in New Mexico is great since I've been here my whole life I'm pretty well known in Albuquerque. I'll have my family, friends, and coaches backing me and wanting me to excel at the next level," Said Manly about his commitment.
"Blair is a kid with great size and speed combination. He has all the God given physical intangibles to become a tremendous player at the next level. He is a kid that finds a way to dig down deep come game time with great ability to stretch the field which forces teams to double team him, freeing up other players to make plays. Defensively Blair is a shutdown corner that consistently takes on the challenge of covering the opponents best receivers." Said Head Cibola Football Coach Rod Williams."
