We finally have some shake-up in the rankings, including the Top-25. The top two spots remain with Las Cruces (No. 1) and Rio Rancho (No. 2). Las Cruces moved along against Cibola in week 2. The Rams of Rio Rancho went on the road and won big against EP Americas (TX).

Moving up one spot to number three is the Manzano Monarchs (2-0) which beat top-10 team Centennial in week 2. The Monarchs had the return of stud running back Xavier Iver-Saud in the win.

Rounding out the top five is No. 4 Clovis moving up one along with La Cueva moving up three spots to No. 5. Both teams are 2-0 and won big in week 2.
